Chef Kam’s culinary journey is a fusion of Dutch, Indonesian and Chinese heritage, reflecting his diverse background and experiences from top restaurants around the world. Drawing inspiration from his fine dining and cultural background, GOHO v2.0 promises to be refined and approachable while staying true to traditional Japanese cuisine.
This spring kaiseki marks the debut of Chef Kam’s menu featuring 3 options: Sakura ($88++), Sumure ($138++), and Ume ($178++).
